Round should not persist when the player runs out of clicks- which are not clear, add counter? Boring gameplay. Perhaps play with pressure of time restraint per round. Use visual elements to add flare or activity to sprites where there are otherwise none.
No menu screen, no kill screen, no score, no control or narrative explication or setup. Just drops you in and throws an obstacle at you. Also, should be set to 60fps for the speed sprites are moving.
